This is the personal blog and services platform of Ozie Kacprowski, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The website documents ten years of personal practice and observation relating to men's physical vitality through structural deep-root training, personal self-observation nutrition, and protected recovery. It also enables individuals to book personal sessions and purchase digital resources.

This website is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you represent that you are at least 18. The Root Depth Session and The Deep Root Practice are personal experience-sharing services — not professional healthcare, clinical personal training, dietary consultation, or any regulated therapeutic service. All guidance reflects personal practice and opinion only.
Bookings confirmed once acknowledged in writing with agreed scheduling and payment received. At least 48 hours advance notice required to cancel or reschedule. More than 48 hours: full refund or free rescheduling. Within 48 hours: non-refundable except where we agree a replacement date within 30 days. If I cancel, I offer a full refund or alternative date.
A digital product delivered electronically after confirmed payment. Non-refundable once accessed, except where files are defective due to my error. Licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or adaptation without written authorisation is prohibited.
All prices in Euros (€), inclusive of Dutch VAT where applicable. I do not store payment card data. Contact me before raising any chargeback; I resolve billing issues promptly and fairly.
This website is provided on an "as is" basis. No warranties regarding continuous availability, content accuracy, specific outcomes from training or nutritional content, or suitability for your circumstances. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Ozie Kacprowski shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website, reliance on its content, physical harm connected to exercise or nutrition material, or technical failures.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch consumer law, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory EU consumer rights. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to eligible distance contracts but generally not to digital content once delivered and accessed.
I may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published here with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed to the minimum extent required, without affecting the remaining provisions.
